Not sure what that NoShame version is. This is the release I have:

It's a French release by a company Neo Publishing who have released many gialli, horror and cannibal flicks (essentially Italian material apparently). It includes the French and the Italian dubs and the movie is apparently an unaltered cut (runs for 91 mins).

It's really weird how when all the NoShames went out of print about 5 years ago, Scorpions Tail was still available for ages but is now really hard to get.

You're in for a treat. The rental version is the US Cut with the Shinoda Score. The Blu Ray has an option for the Indonesian Soundtrack with the Indonesian Uncut Edit (a couple of scenes are extended like the Execution and the Elevator knife).
