It does look a bit like him in the still, I will have to rewatch the film to see him in action to be able to tell for sure. I don't think the actor, whoever he is, is listed on hkmdb, neither is Wang Hsieh.

Edit: It's not Tin Ching, it's a much younger actor. He has a mole between his eyebrows.

I believe this might be in Taiwan during the shooting of Naval Commandos. Great shot of the three of them from one of their earliest films working together as a team.

I believe that's at Shaw's. Those chili peppers on either side of the moon gate show up in a few films, definitely in Flag of Iron that I can think of. It shouldn't be that hard to figure out what film this is from because of Chiang Sheng's hair.
