There's a scene in Double Impact 1991 where he lifts an oil barrel, and he clearly practiced powerlifting techniques by the way he lifts it. He grabs either end of the barrel and does a really neat standting press with it. His technique is flawless, and hes clearly done it many times before making the movie. I'll definetly work towards that look, I dont have barrells but I have 55 lb cement blocks, and i have a bench, Any idea what his measurements were like his chest size and arm size? 2 Quote

Not sure what the measurements for his chest and arms were. His boydweight went up and down judging by a lot of his movie appearances. The biggest Ive seen him is in the Bloodsport knock off Bloofight(1989), were he plays Chong Lee instead of Chong Li. 2 Quote

It didn't happen over night and he must have put a lot of hours in. 20 minutes ago, BiggWill1988 said: I dont have barrells but I have 55 lb cement blocks You don't need a oil barrel to do what he did in the movie. He was performing an olympic press, only for film he swapped a weightifting bar for a barrell. You need good tehcnique and lot of practice to to do this excercise, its not just about strength alone. Sure Bolo is still involved with the powerlifitng/weightlifitng organizations in Hong Kong, but don't quote me on that. 3 Quote
